Liabilities
☑️ Cupishub is in no way liable for any account suspension or content deletion done by social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, or others.
Service
☑️ Cupishub will only be used to promote your social media accounts and help boost your appearance online.
☑️ Cupishub does not guarantee a delivery time for any services. Our servers provide the best estimation for when the order will be delivered. This is only an estimation, and Cupishub will not refund orders that are processing if you feel they are taking too long. We strive to deliver exactly what is expected by our clients. In this case, we reserve the right to change a service type if necessary to complete an order.
☑️ The description of the services, as well as the indicated delivery times, are not absolutely reliable, and Cupishub is not responsible for this. We advise you to test each service with a minimum order, and if you are satisfied, you may then place a larger order. We DO NOT accept complaints about this, so make sure you spend what you can, as there is NO refund in these cases.
☑️ We DO NOT guarantee that your new followers will interact with your content; we simply guarantee you will receive the followers you pay for.
☑️ We DO NOT guarantee that all our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio, and uploaded pictures, although we strive to achieve this for all accounts.
☑️ You will not upload any content to **Cupishub**, including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for social media platforms.
☑️ Private accounts will not receive refunds! Please ensure that your account is public before placing an order.
Refund Policy
☑️ No refunds will be made to your payment method. After a deposit has been completed, it cannot be reversed. You must use your balance on orders from Cupishub.
☑️ You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or chargeback against us for any reason.
☑️ If you file a dispute or chargeback against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders and ban you from our site. We also reserve the right to remove any followers or likes we delivered to your social media accounts.
☑️ Orders placed with Cupishub will not be refunded or canceled after they are placed. You will receive a refund credit to your Cupishub account if the order is non-deliverable.
☑️ Misplaced or private account orders will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm every order before placing it.
☑️ Fraudulent activity, such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards, will result in account termination. There are no exceptions.
☑️ Please do not use more than one server at the same time for the same page. We cannot provide accurate follower/like counts in that case, and we will not refund for these orders.
